Enumera was started by Paul Evans BSc(Econ) ACA in April 2001.

Since then he has successfully participated in projects in a range of major modelling and financial management exercises for projects including:

  • Private sector PFI project bidding teams in waste management, health, education, law enforcement and social housing
  • New ventures in telecoms and windfarms and contract services
  • Public sector teams in contract negotiations and asset disposals
  • Public sector teams requiring "public sector comparators" for PPP projects in the UK and overseas as part of project feasibility studies

Prior to starting Enumera, Paul was with Powergen for 10 years where he was directly responsible for financial modelling of major projects and investments from innovative electronic control products to major corporate acquisitions. He was also responsible for the financial  management of new projects in Europe and Latin Americ.

Paul's work in this field goes back to 1982 when he prepared his first acquisition model using 'Prosper plus' on an ICL mainframe while working for the McKechnie Group.

He trained as a chartered accountant at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (KPMG). Moving to industry, he became a group financial controller before joining Coopers & Lybrand  (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a consultant.
